Are you a recent graduate ready to launch your career in commercial real estate analytics? Kiwi Property is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Property Analyst to join our dynamic team on a contract basis.

In this entry-level role, you’ll support our Analytics team by delivering data-driven insights across asset planning, valuation, leasing analysis, and development feasibility. You’ll gain exposure to key business processes and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape our property portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with asset plans and collating leasing, valuation, and expenditure data
• Supporting valuation processes and reporting cycles
• Analysing leasing performance and tenant composition trends
• Helping with portfolio reporting and strategic analysis
• Providing ad-hoc analytical support and contributing to team projects

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years’ experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Interest in commercial property and investment strategy
